YBhg Tan Sri Che Khalib Mohamad Noh  

Tan Sri Che Khalib Mohamad Noh was appointed to the Board of Johor Port Berhad on 1 July 2013 and later assumed the position of Chairman on 1 January 2015. Tan Sri Che Khalib also chairs the Executive Committee of the Board.

A qualified accountant, Tan Sri Che Khalib is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (CA, M) and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA, UK) United Kingdom.Tan Sri Che Khalib began his career with Messrs. Ernst & Young in 1989 and later joined Bumiputra Merchant Bankers Berhad. Between 1992 and 1999, he served in several companies within the Renong Group. In June 1999, Tan Sri Che Khalib joined Ranhill Utilities Berhad as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He then assumed the position of Managing Director and CEO of KUB Malaysia Berhad. Tan Sri Che Khalib was then appointed as the President/CEO of Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) on 1 July 2004 where he served TNB for eight (8) years until the completion of his contract on 30 June 2012. He later joined DRB-HICOM Berhad as the Chief Operating Officer of Finance, Strategy and Planning in July 2012.

Tan Sri Che Khalib was previously a member of the Board and the Executive Committee of Khazanah Nasional Berhad from the year 2000 to 2004. He also served as a Board member within the United Engineers Malaysia Group of companies and Bank Industri & Teknologi Malaysia Berhad.Tan Sri Che Khalib currently sits on the Board of MMC Corporation Berhad, Gas Malaysia Berhad, Malakoff Corporation Berhad, MMC Engineering Group Berhad, Aliran Ihsan Resources Berhad, Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad, NCB Holdings Berhad, Kontena Nasional Berhad, Northport (Malaysia) Bhd, Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin and several private limited companies.

YBrs. Dr. Nor Fuad Abdul Hamid  

Dr. Nor Fuad Abdul Hamid was appointed to the Board of the Company on 22 January 2024.

He holds a PhD in Entrepreneurship Economics from University of York, United Kingdom and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Malaysia Sabah.

Dr. Nor Fuad began his career in the civil service on 15 January 1996 as an Assistant Director (Transportation and Shipping Industries) in the Ministry of International Trade and Industry ("MITI") He has held various posts in several other ministries including entrepreneurship and co-operative development, plantation industries and commodities as well as the National Institute of Public Administration ("INTAN").

Dr. Nor Fuad was also the Deputy State Secretary (Development) and Director of Economic Planning Unit of Selangor State Government in 2019 before his appointment as Mayor of Shah Alam in 2022. Dr. Nor Fuad is currently the Deputy Secretary General (Management) of the Ministry of Transport.

YBhg. Dato’ Azman Shah Mohd Yusof  

Dato’ Azman Shah Mohd Yusof was appointed to the Board of the Company on 18 December 2024..

He is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Executive Committee of the Company.

A seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience across diverse sectors, Dato' Azman brings a wealth of knowledge in investment analysis, corporate finance, strategy, business development, and port management.Dato’ Azman joined MMC Port Holdings Berhad (formerly known as MMC Port Holdings Sdn Bhd) in November 2015, where he served as Executive Director for NCB Holdings Berhad and Northport (Malaysia) Bhd (“Northport”).

In February 2016, he was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Northport and subsequently assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of MMC Port Holdings Berhad on 1 December 2024.

He currently serves as Chairman of Port Klang Cruise Terminal, a subsidiary of Northport.Prior to joining MMC Port Holdings Berhad, Dato' Azman held key positions in various sectors, including government service with the Central Bank of Malaysia, Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Berhad, and the Corporate Debt Restructuring Committee, and leadership roles in the private sector encompassing real estate development, REITs, hotel management, media, radio broadcasting, information technology, and agriculture.Notably, Dato’ Azman was the founder of FlyFM, a popular Malaysian radio station, and a Director of Bukit Kiara Properties Sdn Bhd, a leading real estate developer. He also served in the financial services sector as Head of Marketing and Corporate Services at Bolton Berhad (now Symphony Life Berhad), a prominent real estate development company.

Encik Mohd Rashdan Abdul Razak  

Mohd Rashdan Abdul Razak was appointed to the Board of the Company on 22 February 2023.

Mohd Rashdan holds a Master of Business Administration (International Business) from University Malaya. He graduated from Ibaraki University, Japan in Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical & Electronic) and has a Diploma in Public Administration from Institut Tadbiran Awam Negara (INTAN), as well as a Certificate in International Studies from University of Bath, United Kingdom.

Mohd Rashdan started his career as a Research and Development Engineer in Japan and later in Malaysia before he joined the Public Service Department as an Assistant Secretary in the Electricity Supply Division of the Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water.

He became the Senior Assistant Secretary in the International Relations Division of the Ministry of Higher Education and subsequently assigned to the Development Division in the same Ministry. Mohd Rashdan is currently the Principal Assistant Secretary in the Government Investment Companies Division of the Ministry of Finance.

Encik Asyraf Suhaimi Sulaiman  

Asyraf Suhaimi Sulaiman was appointed to the Board of the Company on 1 December 2024. He is a member of the Audit Committee.

Asyraf is the Group Chief Financial Officer of MMC Corporation Berhad (“MMC”). In addition to Group Finance, he is also responsible for Group Treasury, Group Strategy & Investments, Group Risk & Integrity Management and Information System Department. He joined MMC in June 2020 as Head, Group Strategy & Investments Division, later elevated to the role of Group Chief Strategy Officer.

He brings extensive corporate experience to the Board, with a strong focus on investment, corporate finance, and strategy. Prior to joining MMC, he held key positions at notable companies such as Permodalan Nasional Berhad, the Securities Commission of Malaysia, and Ranhill Holdings Berhad.

Asyraf Suhaimi Sulaiman holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance (BSc) from the London School of Economics and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, an associate member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and has completed the ASEAN Senior Management Development Program at Harvard Business School.

Asyraf currently also sits on the Board of MMC Engineering Group Berhad, Aliran Ihsan Resources Berhad, NCB Holdings Berhad, Kontena Nasional Berhad, Northport (Malaysia) Bhd, Kramat Tin Dredging Berhad and several private limited companies.
